As your doula, I’m here to meet you as you are. I offer varying levels of support to cater to your needs.
IN-PERSON DOULA SUPPORT
I provide in-person doula support to those local to Clay & Duval County. Payment plans are always available! I do not currently accept any insurance plans for payment, but am in process of being credentialed to accept Medicaid. Upon contract signing for doula support, I request a 20% retainer fee that secures your booking & goes toward the cost of my services.

As a Body Ready Method® pro, I can provide an in-depth assessment to optimize the balance & strength of the pregnant body, & offer feedback on the tools they can use daily to prepare the body for an easier birth & recovery! This assessment gives insight into where the body may need more support.

Body Balance Sessions
​
Gentle body assessment using techniques from the Body Ready Method® to provide exercises & tools for specific areas of concern, such as pelvic pain, SPD, low back pain, & pelvic floor dysfunction. Great for pregnancy & postpartum!

Individual sessions: $25 each
Assessment + 2 sessions bundle: $90
VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT
I provide virtual doula services for those who are out of my area or are unable to have an additional support person at their birth.

1:1 Birth Prep Consultations
Knowledge really is power., especially during pregnancy. As a birthworker, I believe that being fully informed is key to having an empowering experience, so that birthing people can make decisions that are best for them.

These meetings can be done in-person for local families, as well as via Zoom, and are a great opportunity to chat about evidence-based care, birth preferences, & ask questions.
